This calendar is a personal process that I use to keep my goals, water intake and meal prep at the top of my mind and focus. It is literally what I do at the beginning of every week to ensure my happiness, my mental strength and my physical strength. Because let’s be honest, when I feel physically strong, I feel mentally strong. Truthfully, writing out what I do on the daily has helped me say no to the things that hurt me and be clear on what I want to see in my life and how I spend my time. Planning allows me the time to work out, spend quality time with my family, meal prep, and stay focused on what is truly important to me every single day.
