Who says you need a supermodels body to love yourself? Being happy and healthy comes in all shapes and sizes. You do not need J. Lo’s abs for straight up happiness, although they would be nice. Or even her dance moves, I think I would rather her dance moves over her abs. Any ways! How did I go off on that?!…. I think it is an impossible thing to say you can love your body all day every day. But, and this is a big but, you can appreciate your body all day everyday. Your body shows up for you every day. Let’s show up for it.

- Slow down
- Joy Cries
- Sad Cries
- Taste (especially raw cookie dough)
- Play soccer with kids
- Handstands
- Feed my baby-Incredible!
Imagine if you showed up everyday appreciating the fact you can walk.
